Unfortunate Misconceptions

                                                   ( Jan 08 )

                               Unfortunate Misconceptions

We live our lives with and through many unfortunate misconceptions
both in regards to ourselves and our place in the world
as well as the world that surrounds us, interact with
               and are interdependent upon.

               Unfortunate
due to their impact

and effect on the quality of our lives.

Some misconceptions are founded on beliefs
while some beliefs are based on misconceptions
              either personal or commonly accepted
formed from various sources at various times.

We Live and Survive despite of them
             often even because of them.

Survival though does not equate with Quality of life.

Being prepared to see, understand and acknowledge
that 'what we think we know at any given time'
may in fact be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted or non-existent
presents a challenge to our secure ground
requiring a constantly open mind, flexibility
courage and determination to establishing and living
with clear, ever changing and evolving elements
instead of imprisoning our minds in  convenient
              inaccurate, out-dated concrete structures.
